Mrs. Mae Green Ensminger, 76 years old, who for many years was a resident of Crawfordsville, died in November at her home in Pasadena, Cal according to a message received here today by Mrs. BW Wilhite. The widow of Dr. John Ensminger, and the daughte rof a Methodist minister at Wingate, the deceased had the distinction of being one of the first graduates of the Crawfordsville Business College, which for a number of years occupied the site of the present Ben Hur building. Despite her advanced age, Mrs. Ensminger was a legal stenographer of unusual efficiency and had served in this capacity with leading business firms at Los Angeles and Pasdena until a short time before her death. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Helen Slocum of South Pasadena and a number of relatives in Montgomery County. Funeral services and burial were held at Pasadena, where Mrs. Ensminger had lived since leaving Crawfordsville. -- typed by kbz
